Our Mission
Bux-Mont Roller Derby is a Women’s Flat Track Roller Derby (WFTDA) Organization. Built “by the skaters, for the skaters,” we are sustained by our members, our supporters, and community. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and empowering environment for not only our skaters, but their families, friends, and our volunteers. We strive to inspire our community by participating in numerous humanitarian efforts as well as by donating a portion of our proceeds to charity at each BRD event.
Bux-Mont was wheelie excited to be on hand for a new and exciting trail connection grand opening yesterday in the Pottstown area!If you've come to see us bout at the 422 Sportsplex, you were right at the spot of the new Schuylkill River Trail - Route 422 connector! This connection means the SRT is now connected all the way from Philly to Pottstown β perfect for a long distance trail skate! So excited that Skullkrusher and X-Rae Spex (who was pulling double duty with her work at the Planning Commission) were on hand for the ribbon cutting!Trails are for all β and Bux-Mont keeps it rolling! πΌ Montgomery County, PA @montcoplanning The Circuit Trails
π€π Happy birthday to Beetlejukes, Beetlejukes, Beetlejukes! π»Wishing a very happy birthday to our incredibly talented artist, crafter, and makeup queen who always knows how to find the camera and work her angles! πΈOn the track, sheβs one hell of a blocker with a serious RBF that might make you think twice about coming her way. π Off the track, sheβs an animal advocate and lover of all creatures, with a heart as big as her creativity. πΎHere's to another year of killer makeup, big hits, and serving looks both on and off the track! It's showtime! πͺ²π#BuxmontRollerDerby #HappyBirthday #derbybirthday #beetlejukes
Buxmont skaters showed up to scrim with Wilkes Barre/Scranton Roller Derby and Diamond State Roller Derby this weekend! Weβre proud to see our skaters putting their knowledge from practice out in gameplay, as well as seeing a face usually outside the track playing on itβ¦ π The Buxmont crew had a blast and even took home some MVP gear! π#buxmontrollerderby #buxinthewild #scrimmageseason
