Once a purchase is processed, all sales on buxmontrollerdebry.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of the nature of our small business.
Please be sure that any personalized items are correct before submitting the order. If we see anything we deem out of the ordinary with your personalization, we will try to reach out to confirm the order with you with the email you have provided. If you do not respond within 7 days, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. At which time, you can place the order again with the proper print!
